Experienced first hand, 13 years ago, how yoga and wellness can heal acute physical ailments and how mindfulness can change a person’s awareness of life. This life-changing experience inspired her to embark on a journey to discover other such wellness and yoga practices that help elevate individual health and how we can be masters of our own health. Bodhsara is the culmination of her journey.

Having experienced a corporate management role in the past, Mita has witnessed the ignorance we have for our health in our day to day sedentary lifestyles. By making these holistic healing practices more accessible. Mita hopes to change people’s approach to health from reactive to preventive.

Mita is a certified Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga Teacher and active advocate of the benefits of yoga, wellness,  mindfulness and toxin removal for the prevention of ill-health and disease. Mita has trained over 5000+ people till now and envisions to take her concept to the world

WHAT IS

Yoga Beyond the Mat?

As the name suggests, this is a Yoga workshop that does not require a Yoga mat or Yoga appropriate clothing.

The Workshop allows the participants to learn the finer aspects of Yoga techniques that can be practiced anywhere and at anytime to achieve physical and mental well-being.

The tips learned by the participants in this workshop can be used and implemented on day to day modern and urban life.

A Yoga Workshop

In today's day and age, especially in an urban environment, it is becoming extremely difficult to follow a fitness routine. In bigger cities, we spend our time juggling between traffic, office hours, and family time. This results in not being able to dedicate any time for taking care of our physical and mental health.

This is the base of the program.
